i created this manipulation a few months back but never posted it. I was experimenting with an illustrative style using photography.
i cant remember what street this is it's either royal or conti in the french quarter of New Orleans.

The biggest learning curve for me was the pen tool. Once I figured that out everything else seemed to fall into place.
